Shelley joined Terra Firma Capital Corporation in January 2022. As the CFO & Corporate Secretary Shelley has a primary role in the day-to-day responsibility for Terra Firma’s financials and reporting issuer obligations which include: accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, investor relations, regulatory reporting compliance and institutional financing.
Prior to joining Terra Firma, Shelley spent four years with Dream Impact Trust as the Vice President, Financial Reporting responsible for the accounting and finance activities for a portfolio of assets ranging from real estate development, real estate lending, renewable power and a mixture of office and retail income properties. Preceding her role at Dream Impact Trust, Shelley worked at Ernst & Young LLP as a Senior Manager within the assurance group where she led audit engagement teams on both private and publicly listed companies in various industries.
Shelley is a Chartered Professional Accountant (Chartered Accountant) and holds a Bachelor of Administrative Studies Honours degree from York University.
