Mindy oversees daily operations ensuring the workplace runs efficiently. With a focus on organization and team support, Mindy plays a key role in maintaining a productive and welcoming environment for employees and clients.
Prior to joining Terra Firma, Mindy has worked in various administrative positions managing complex operations and supporting top-level executives.
Mindy holds a Bachelor of Arts, from Charter Oak State College and has successfully completed the Paralegal Licensing Exam from the Law Society of Upper Canada.
